Every apartment has floor-to-ceiling windows making it a bright and friendly place.

Safety & Security

All apartments feature a smoke detector, a spy hole and and an intercom.

Bathroom

The bathrooms are equipped with large showers.Thanks to partition walls made of glass, the bathrooms are bright and friendly all over.

Parquet flooring

All apartments have parquet-laminate flooring, which makes it easier to keep the floors clean.

Fitted kitchen

The small fitted kitchen is a real all-rounder: it includes a ceramic hob with an extractor hood, a refrigerator, and a microwave.

Shading

Opaque blinds guarantee great sleep quality – any time of day!

Television

All apartments are equipped with flat-screen television sets on which you can watch national and international channels.

Sleeping

The comfortable beds have an retractable bed drawer offering additional storage space.

Closet

In addition to a large two-door closet, each apartment is equipped with a shelf and several work surfaces.

Lighting

There is a bright lamp on the desk and an additional reading light next to the bed.

Next to the desk there are 4 sockets for your electrical devices

Of course you can access our free WiFi from any apartment. Should you require a LAN connection, you can request one from our provider, Kabel Deutschland.
